"I’d like to call The Edge a hidden gem, but it was packed the night my family was there. You just don’t seem to hear about it. We had a great meal with prices that make you think you’ve finally found a (relative) bargain! Two kids shared the fondue (which made us think we were in the Alps), my husband had a yummy pasta dish and I had the wiener schnitzel (chicken with capers....yum!). We also got the kids to devour a Caesar salad. There is also a kids menu with traditional kids’ food items, but it was fun to branch out. So many good restaurants at Snowmass - don’t miss this one!"

"My Kalbfleisch Schnitzel was perfect, not overly breaded and tender. The spätzle accompaniment was the best spätzle I’ve ever eaten. My fiancé was very happy with his Rindersteak, cooked to perfection. We plan to return!"
"A new menu for Snowmass Village! The German dishes remind me of my mother's cooking"
"The bread and cheese starter was good enough to be a meal on its own...except we pressed on and had the cod and the...can't remember the name but it was veal with a paprika sauce. Absolutely delicious. Awesome bread pudding Great and friendly service. Will patronize when we're next in town."

"Great service, and atmosphere. The mules are amazing!”
"Try it, you'll love it. The atmosphere was great. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager, JD, made sure we were satisfied. Couldn't ask for more as far as service. The food was great. I had the snail soup (snail, garlic, shallot, mushroom, white wine) and the flavor was wonderful. Also had the veal breast stuffed with bierwurst and it was fabulous. Wife had the Alaskan cod and loved it (she is a picky eater). Finished with the strudel and an espresso. I posted the main course pics.
You can't go wrong here. "
